Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Lead, our team of process Quality Testers work in a demanding heavy industry manufacturing environment.  This position is part of the WML collective employment agreement and follows a rotating shift roster.

The role involves collecting and analysing paperboard and process samples, reporting results, calibrating equipment, and supporting claims investigations. Responsibilities include conducting physical testing, collating and reporting results, and assisting with departmental product and process development activities. The position works closely with paper machine operations, requiring you to help maintain machine uptime as needed.
