We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Commercial Manager.
This rolereports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and core responsibilities include:
- Drive progress towards achievement of the strategy, budget including meaningful progress reporting
- Provide financial modelling for the business for decision making
- Prepare margin analysis and implement improvements to support the business in achievement of financial targets
- Prepare the annual budget
- Review the budget and work with managers to help understanding and achievement, tracking performance
- Consolidate forecast information
- Identify risk and opportunities for the business
- Provide insights and report thereon to the business
- Develop enhanced reporting capability to the business
- Ensure capex processes are managed and provide support to the business as required
- Business partner operations and sales building strong relationships within the business to ensure best practice financial disciplines are managed
To be considered for this role we are looking for an individual who is commercially savvy who can effectively business partner non-financial people, you will have the following attributes:
- An ability to work in an unstructured environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate cross functionally across the business
- Strong analytical capability with a curiosity toward the business drivers
- Strong systems and data analytics capability
- An ability to make sense of numbers and interpret them to provide useful information to the Executive Team
- A common sense practical mindset
- An ability to self manage
